About us
Zinchik Real Estate Inc. is a broker-led property management company based in South San Francisco. It is run by Paul Zinchik, a licensed California real estate broker.
Paul has worked in real estate since 2001. He earned his broker license in 2015 and opened Zinchik Real Estate Inc. in 2017. His experience covers residential and commercial sales, multifamily investment, construction and property management. That mix shapes how we manage. We look at your building the way an owner and investor would, not only as a list of work orders.
Our full-time team includes a property manager, a work order coordinator and a leasing agent, with dedicated accounting support. The office is staffed Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and someone is on call around the clock for emergencies. We stay small on purpose so owners and residents reach someone who knows their building.

Log into the tenant portal and choose "Maintenance". Include photos if you can. For emergencies, call the emergency line.
How do owners get paid?
By direct deposit, with a monthly statement in your owner portal.
